Mrs. Ashell Ruswa is the Chief Executive Officer of Qurious Mind Zimbabwe, providing executive leadership and strategic direction to advance the organisation’s vision for Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Emerging Technologies, and future-ready education.

A highly accomplished business leader with proven commercial acumen, she brings more than 30 years’ experience and deep expertise in enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and organisational development. Her leadership combines business discipline with a clear commitment to expanding inclusive, sustainable and scalable EdTech solutions across Zimbabwe.

She is focused on driving growth, strengthening strategic alliances and positioning Qurious Mind Zimbabwe as a leading force in Zimbabwe’s evolving digital education and innovation ecosystem.

Project Director

Shallone Munongo (PhD) is the Project Director of Qurious Mind Zimbabwe, providing strategic leadership for national programmes in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies.

An accomplished strategist with over 15 years of multidisciplinary expertise in education, development policy, finance, entrepreneurship and digital transformation, she leads high-impact initiatives in educator capacity building, strategic partnerships, school innovation and national RAIET expansion.

Her focus is translating technology into measurable educational impact, equipping Zimbabwe’s learners to become creators, innovators and future-ready problem-solvers.

Adroit Joshua Tsaura is an ICT and Computer Science educator, Software Developer, and Robotics Educator who is passionate about using technology to transform education and inspire innovation. He specializes in robotics, programming, and educating both young people and adults through practical, hands-on learning experiences that build creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

With extensive experience in STEM education, teacher training, and software development, he is committed to equipping learners and educators with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
